Why is the Temple Ordinance Share not functioning?

I shared 10 names with my granddaughter in Florida for her to perform the intiatories - Our Medford Temple is closed until midOctober for renovation. First of all, she never received the e-mail notice with the names at all (and her e-mail address was correctly entered). Second, after waiting three days, I decided to click on "resend" - it doesn't say whether it's going to resend the "whole batch" or just each name you click on, so I laboriously went through my 73 temple file names finding the ones that were marked "share" and sent them again. She still didn't receive anything by e-mail. SO, I clicked on "copy the link" and sent that to her by text - and she got it. She texted back that she had been able to bring the names into her temple file.
SO, in the past, you would now find those names in your "SHARED" tab under temple. BUT, there is nothing in my shared file at all -- However, my temple file now has 10 less names in it, so I know they are "shared". Is this something new - you are now no longer going to be able to see the shared names? Follow them, etc.??? Please tell me that's not so.
Appreciate any help and answers!
Sincerely, Sherrie Wieland

Hello @SherrieWielandFHC
We're sorry you had a difficult time getting those family names shared with your granddaughter.
According to the knowledge article that explains how to share family names with family and friends by email, once the recipient accepts the shared ordinances, the family names disappear from your family names list.
If you had shared the names with the temple system, then, yes, those names remain on your list.

I am sorry for that change - it was helpful in the past to be able to keep track of names.
