Why does this relative of mine have temple ordinances unavailable for unknown reasons?

According to her record, Melvina Jane Williams KN4X-FMP who was born in 1857 does not have her ordinances done although every one of her siblings do.

I have checked the dates and places to make sure they are standardized. She has birth and death dates and places.

I have noticed that in the history she has been merged two or more times by two or more people. Perhaps when the merge occurred, for some reason her temple work didn't forward (that is if she had it done).

Could you assist me with this matter? I would like to see her temple work reinstated on her record, if it did take place, or if it didn't take place, I would be very happy to have access to doing it.

Thank you for your help.
