ILOVE PDF - is a free set of online PDF utilities that come in SUPER handy for processing PDF files for FS memoires - among other things
You can easily:
COMPRESS a PDF so it is under the 15MB limit
JOIN - small PDFS together into one PDF
SPLIT a PDF that is larger than 15MB into multiple PDFS of a smaller size
ROTATE the images in a PDF
CONVERT a series of JPG image files to a single multi page PDF
