Temple ordinance not needed
Marcia Jean Hodgson GWVM-5SG was born to parents, Grant Baker Hodgson - KWZS-V21 and Josephine Naomi Best - KWZS-VLS, who were sealed 3 years before she was born. She died at birth or was still born. She therefore does not need to be sealed to parents. This ordinance is shown in green and should not be available since she was born in the covenant.

I looked at the record of Marcia Jean Hodgson GWVM-5SG and see that the BIC status is missing.
However, you mention that this child died at birth or was stillborn. Do you know one way or another? There are two other siblings who are marked as stillborn (Paul and Janet). In the case of stillborn children there is no need for a sealing to parents and that is the stated ordinance status for them.
If Marcia was also stillborn, then you should add that designation in Other Information and then the ordinance status will correct automatically.

You can make the SP for Marcia Jean show as Not Needed just as it does for her two siblings who were also stillborn, but putting that she was stillborn in the Other Information section of her page. Stillborn is there for both of her siblings, but not for her. You can add Stillborn, by going to the Other Information section and clicking Add Information and then clicking Stillborn. These instructions are also in this article.
