Document not showing as source
I uploaded a burial permit for a person on my family tree. How do I attach to her death date?

I am trying to get all the information on Family Tree for one of my daughters who died in March, 2020 so that I may do her Temple work. I cannot add her to my list as on her family tree Ordinances tab the statement is "Needs More Information," I think this is because I need a source for her death date and place.
I uploaded the burial permit and attached to her name but it's under the "Memories" tab and I believe I need it as a source. So, how do I add this document as a source for her death information?

Go to the Sources tab on her profile and choose "Add Source", then "Add New Memory Source". Since you've already uploaded it to Memories, you can choose "Select from Gallery" to create the source citation.
You can tag the source to her death in the section labeled "Select the Information or Events in this Source".
