Auto complete not working for surnames (family names) on all records (birth, marriages and death).

I have been indexing the Uk, England, Middlesex, 1539-1988 Part A batch for the last few months. Everything was working ok until last week when the auto-complete stoped working for filling in the surnames for parents and spouses. The problem is in all there types of records. I have checked to make sure that the settings are set for auto complete but still it is still not working. This is a very valuable tool to have especially when working with older records.

They know it is broken and are working on getting it fixed.
