Can a missing ordinance date be added to a person if I have the original ordinance card?

The initiatory ordinance date is missing from FamilySearch but should be the same date as the baptism and confirmation. They were recorded, but the initiatory was not.
Thanks for your help!

@TerryJenson1 To answer your question, can you add Ordinance dates to a record in Family Search. The answer is no. But you can request Family Search add those dates, based on the information you have. If you have a record that can be scanned, you may attach that scanned image to your request. If you only have dates and places, then that information will also be reviewed.
Since you are already in the Temple section, when you asked your question, we would suggest you post a new question, and put Missing Ordinances in the subject line.
In the body of the message, provide only the name and ID number of the person whose Ordinance information is missing. You will then be contacted by our Messaging system for more detailed information. To see that message to you, look in the upper right corner of this screen for the little envelope , next to the bell. If there is a red dot on that envelope, you have been sent a message, to which you may reply with the requested information.
