My ancestor Hannah Carr ID L41C-X2Z was incorrectly merged with another Hannah Carr that was born in 1747 in Rhode Island. The Hannah Carr from Rhode Island died as a child in 1754 according to the local cemetery records and her headstone. Since she died as a child, she could not have been my ancestor. I need the Baptism, Confirmation, Initiatory, and Endowment recorded dates removed from L41C-X2Z as they were done for the Rhode Island Hannah Carr. Apparently, the name submitter back in 1930 was not aware of Hannah's death in 1754 and did the baptism and endowment ordinances in ignorance. I created a new ID for the Rhode Island Hannah Carr which is G8MX-LG4. Please add the sealing to parent date of 23 Sep 1932 Logan Utah Temple to the new ID and remove it from L41C-X2Z.

Once corrected, the ordinance dates for my ancestor Hannah Carr should match the Family Group Sheep data that I attached as a source. The Baptism and Endowment ordinances occurred in 1945. The Sealing to Parent ordinance should be left blank until her parents are discovered.

1930 Baptism ID: 996F-Z18; Film number 177910

1930 Endowment ID: M9XT-JHV; Film number 177989

1932 Sealing to Parent ID: MQJV-GTJ: Film number 178101
