In searching Church records of Puerto Rico indexing has many errors. Trujillo Bajo, PR is being indexed as Trujillo Bajo, Venezuela. The individual documents actually show "Puerto Rico".
Also, I am finding that people are showing up with four last names (2 each for mother and father) Indexing has always been the father's surname and then the mother's surname. All these missteps make it very difficult to research.
