This is my nephew, I've done a search for him and can not find him in your system. I know he was baptized and sealed to his parents. He died in Feb. 2012 and I talked to my brother that is inactive about getting his work done. I was given permission and would like to try and find all his records that should be in the church system. What do I need to do to proceed from here?

The record for Jeff in the Church Membership system has not been updated with Jeff's death information.

Once Membership has been notified of Jeff's death another record for Jeff will show in Family Tree which will display the ordinances Jeff already completed.

We can send the information to Membership, however we need proof of his death. Proof of death can be a death certificate, a funeral program, obituary, photo of grave, entry in an online death index etc.

I will send this information to you in a private message as well. You can upload an image of the proof to a reply to the message.

I look forward to hearing from you so we can send the required information to Church Membership.
