How to remove "Read Only" from individual in Family Tree?

I am finding this label on more and more of my ancestors even as I continue to research and find new information that I now CAN'T add! How do I request removal of this flag?

How do you change this then? I have Duane Fredrick Smith b. 17 Aug 1923 d. 2 May 2013. KW8D-MGW who is read only.
