I have a computer at our Family History Center that is missing the "Admin" account.

I have had others this way but they were finally fixed. Please call to get the Service Tag:, the asset #, and the local computer #. I will also need the temp "Admin" password.
The missing admin is a known problem.
Try updating the computer, turn it off for 5-10 minutes, turn back on. repeat this several times. If this does not fix the problem you may have to reimage the computer.1
