Why can I not see completed ordinances in the Temple Completed Tab?
The baptism and confirmation ordinances were completed for my deceased brother on June 8, 2021 at 7:30pm in the Mt Timpanogos Temple. The completed ordinances still do not show up in my brother's ordinances nor in my Temple completed tab.
I have:
Removed cookies from Google Chrome
Removed cookies from my Family Search Account and still cannot see any completed ordinances in my Temple Completed Tab.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what more I can do to see the completed baptism and confirmation for my brother?

This issue was reported earlier this week and was supposedly fixed. You took the correct steps in removing cookies, etc. You might also try clearing temporary files and cache and perhaps switching to another browser. In addition, shutting down your computer and then starting again, or a restart might get things working properly.
While it sounds like you are going directly to the temple tab, rather than from notifications, if not try going to the temple tab first.
Do you have the Family Tree mobile app? That would be another place to look for the completed ordinances for your brother. If all else fails, contact us again and we can investigate further.

Thank you for responding. I have turned my computer off and on. I have cleared the temporary files and cache. I logged on to another computer with a different browser and still have no luck. My question is: Are the completed ordinances showing up in FamilySearch.org and can be seen in the FamilySearch system by you?
