Up until recently the Death Registers for the City of Bradford, McKean County, Pennsylvania were available starting 1881-1892 which I found by searching images. Now, the oldest register available starts in 1893 up to 1905. Are the 1881-1892 registers being indexed or have they been moved? I volunteer at the Bradford Landmark Society in Bradford, McKean County, Pennsylvania. I happen to answer genealogy questions researchers ask about people who once lived in the City of Bradford, McKean County, Pennsylvania. The older registers were of tremendous help.

You can find the 1881-1905 records here: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/185386?availability=Family%20History%20Library

Records can be removed from FamilySearch if the record owner demands it. A County Clerk or County Board of Supervisors may do this for political reasons or so that people have to access the records directly from them for a fee (this happened in Chicago). But this does not seem to be the case here.
