can we rearrange fields like in the original indexing

Is there a way to rearrange fields in documents that have lots of fields that have no content

    Try this and see if it works, hover your mouse pointer over the heading of the field you want to move, it should change into a 4-pounted arrow, like a weather vane. Now click and hold then drag the field to where you want it.

    Depending on the size of your screen you may have to move it twice to get all the way to the bottom of the list.

    If you mess it up and want to restore the original field order, there are three dots to the right of the heading that says 'Image 1 of 1' (or similar) click that and pick the appropriate item from the list.

    You can also drag the vertical line between the fields and image area to make the fields bigger or smaller.

    It only will work in Form Entry mode though. The other nice option is when a project allows you to hide fields which will also show up when you click on the three dots.
