The FHC Lexmark MX-622 printer for Center 3312380 has been disabled even before COVID. The error is:

Reinstall Missing or Unresponsive Cartridge: Error 31.4x

1) I've reinserted it several times. No change. Printer is on and responsive to internet

2) Tried to order last year through familysearch phone call - did not receive. (Apr)

3) Tried ordering manually through lexmark (Dec 2020) - had to give serial - never received a cartridge

4) verified that the FHC Director is Elizabeth Killan and that her address is 64 Rita Cres, Saskatoon, SK, S7N 2L5 for the toner to be shipped

Will attach photos of every tag I was able to find on the printer. When I last called (Sunday) I was told there might be a FHC asset tag. Wasn't able to find it.
