Your question about your brothers sealing to parent ordinance will be forwarded to a specialty team for review and resolution. You may be contacted by that team through a private message in Community if they need to gather more information.

    @MaurineJanePurser

    Maurine

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]

Your 'Question' intrigued me somewhat ...

[ especially, about, BIC; and, being 'Adopted' ... ]

    As an aside ...

    [ from the "BIC" ... ]

I 'see' from the "ChangeLog" for "Thomas Raymond PURCELL" ( KWH7-Q3V ) there there have been (so far) some THREE (x3) "Merges"/"Combines". And, even, "Merges"/"Combines" within those that did not "Survive".

    Now ...

    That Said ...

    I am curious ...

Question: WHY are his "Biological" Parents NOT recorded against him?

I 'see', that you "Added", that "Alternate Name" of "Thomas Raymond PURCELL or WILCOX", with reference to his "Biological" Parents, back on 20 October 2017,

And, I did not "Check" all the "Merged"/"Combined" individuals/persons that did not survive; but, I did not seem to have noticed the "Biological" Parents.

    I am just curious.

As, I just like helping/assisting OTHER Users/Patrons in this Forum.

And, the other reason that I ask, is that, I just checked the "View My Relationship" to

    "Thomas Raymond PURCELL" ( KWH7-Q3V ) ...

'Lo and Behold' ... he is ... THE HUSBAND OF MY 12TH COUSIN

I had no idea, I just thought your 'Question' was intriguing ...

    Now ...

    That Said ...

[ Despite, my somewhat tenuous 'connection' ... ]

Maybe adding his "Biological" Parents might help with nullifying that "BIC".

    Question:

If he was a Member of the Church, are you aware if he was he ever "Sealed to (either set of) Parents", while he has "Living"; or

If he was a not a member of the Church, are you aware if he was he ever "Sealed to (either set of) Parents", later, after his passing - through a "Duplicate" (that is now ... lost)?

    Just a thought.
