Can I attend a temple outside of my temple district during current Covid restrictions?

With regard to temples in Phase 3, can I schedule an appointment to attend a particular temple other than my personal temple district?

From the Help Article Online Proxy Ordinance Scheduling:

During phase 3, members must reside in the temple district to schedule an appointment. Members who live in a temple district approved for phase 3 but closed for renovation can schedule proxy ordinances at any temple that is open for phase 3.
