Reservers name incorrect

David Crosby (LTL4-9BC) is in my reserved list and prints out with my name on the ordinance card, but in Family Search he shows having been reserved by my spouse. This is just one example of a larger problem. Every card I checked yesterday in my reserved list shows her as the reserver in Family Search. I don't even know if this is a problem because I was able to print David's card for endowment and sealing to spouse correctly, showing my name as the reserver.

I think I discovered the problem. Somehow, Margie's name was inserted into my profile and was showing as the display name. I fixed the profile and all seems to be well now.

We understand that you are concerned that the temple reserved list does not have the correct name of the person reserving the ordinance.

When we review the record for David Crosby LTL4-9BC we see your name (Margie Merrill) as the person who has reserved the ordinance. If you are not her then the problem probably is that you are not signed into FamilySearch.org in your account.

This discussion is also in Margie Merrill's account.
