Could someone look at my past case, because I can't?

On June 17, 2021 I asked a question, "Can you correct temple ordinances for John Birch GZB3-YY6 and John Birch LCT7-DP7?"

I got a message, saying that it was being sent to another department. I was not to be concerned if the case was closed. Then I seemed to get two additional answers on the case. Each time I tried to access the answers, I got the message "You don't have permission to do this." I suspect that my case is in queue, waiting for a staff member to solve the problem. I just don't want someone to have decided they have resolved the problem. John Birch GZB3-YY6 still does not show any temple ordinances.

We understand that you can no longer see your original submission. That is a problem that we are very aware of and are looking into it. You submission has been forwarded to the proper queue for action but there is a backlog of cases. They will get to it as soon as possible. Please be patient with us as we grow along with you in this manner of resolving problems.
