can't access my original question

I asked a question yesterday about my mother's baptism and confirmation dates not showing up in Family Search and I received a notice that someone answered my question, but I cannot access the information now. When I click on the link, it says I do not have permission to view it. It was about my mother Ruby Mae Thornock Rudd, LN72-YL3.

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
You are not alone ...
The circumstance/situation that you mention, is causing confusion for MANY Users/Patrons.
Please DO NOT panic ...
[ Although, I know it is easy to do so ... ]
I would humbly suggest/advised, that your INITIAL 'Question', is in the hands of 'FamilySearch' "Support".
Please be advised and aware that ...
IF, you get that, Lovely, Cheerful, face with " ... Permission Problem ... You don't have permission to do that. ..."; THEN, it means that your 'Question', HAS been taken into the INNER workings of 'FamilySearch' "Support", to be actioned.
Basically, such means that 'FamilySearch' "Support" has taken a 'Question' (ie. matter), out of the "Public" nature (ie. gaze), of this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
You SHOULD now (ie. later) get contacted through "Private" 'Messages' directly from 'FamilySearch' "Support"
By the way ... EVERYONE (ie. The Originator; &, anyone who has responded) gets that "Permission Problem".
I hope this helps, just a little.

Hello @Paula Rudd Hatch
We were able to locate your original post about the ordinances showing for your mother.
Your post had been escalated to another Category for a Specialist Team to work on.
Unfortunately, when posts are moved to the other Category YOU are no longer able to see the posts. Dumb I know! You were supposed to have been sent a Private Message to let you know that your post had been escalated and that you would no longer be able to see your post. It seems that was not done. Apologies for that.
I am working on your case now. I have sent a request to the Church Membership Department to have your mother's church membership record updated with her death. Once that is done, then another record will show in Family Tree which will display the ordinances she already completed. I will send you a Private Message when that is done.
Thank you for providing the proof of death on your mother's record.

Hi Paula
If you could add a Source in FamilyTree proving your mother's death that would certainly help to have her ordinances show. At the moment, her membership still shows her as Living. We just need proof of death.
We see that a source is there - A memory of someone - but we need the obituary, a headstone, death certificate ... to be able to add the date.

I uploaded the form that was filled out by the hospice care and my brother and me, when my mother died. At the bottom shows death date.

Hey, Paula
It is 'Brett' again.
I was the first respondent, in this subsequent "Question', about the "Temple" for you Mother.
I just checked the "View My Relationship" to you Mother ...
------------------
G'Day, Cuz
Your Mother is "THE WIFE OF MY 12TH COUSIN ONCE REMOVED" ...
------------------
I had no idea, when I responded, to your 'Question'.
I just like helping/assisting OTHER Users/Patrons in this Forum.
We all know that deep down that we are ALL Related ...
And, as I always say ...
It is a SMALL World; but, it is even SMALLER in the Church ...
MANY THE LORD BLESS YOU IN THIS IMPORTANT WORK.
Kind Regards
Yours Faithfully
