Missing Ordinances
Hello,
I recently got permission and reserved all of my uncles temple ordinances for my husband to do. However, it is missing his baptism ordinance and I know he was baptized. I have his Certificate of Baptism and Confirmation and need help updating his profile on Family Search so it does not get duplicated.
Name: Craig Owen Duncan
Birth date: April 21, 1955 in Cedar City, Utah
Baptism Date: May 4, 1963 by his father James Owen Duncan.
Confirmation Date: May 5, 1963
Glendora Ward in the Covina Stake in California
Family Search ID number: LTCM-9GY
Also- His parents James Owen Duncan (KW8L-K2C) and Margene Pedersen (KW8L-K28) were sealed in the Logan Utah Temple on June 2, 1954. I also need this added as well.
Thanks!

Hello,
This is information that you can bring to the attention of your ward clerk. They can confirm that they have been able to put the correct information into the records of the church. Once that has been confirmed, you should see the issue resolve in a few weeks. However you may update your uncle's vital details yourself.

You are able to update the details for your other relatives too, by contacting the ward clerk:
