Birth date and birth place and death date and death place are standardized, but it says they are not standardized. Please update her record so I can request her ordinances.

I think the surname "S" may be the issue.

I think there is a problem with the error message "Cannot Request - Needs More Information This person's record needs a standardized place in a birth, christening, death, burial, cremation, or marriage event."

The error message should say "Cannot Request - Needs More Information One of this person's last names contains only one letter."

If you remove the "S" as the surname, then I believe the error message will disappear, and you will be able to reserve the ordinances.

I would be interested to see if removing the S from the surname field works.
