On 18 JUL I submitted a question about missing temple work for someone recently deceased and I got a notification that the question was answered by Diana Hawkes but I am unable to see her response due to when I click on it a window pops ups that states I do not have permission to view the answer. Could someone please help me with this issue?

Thanks,

G. Scott Lloyd

    Scott,

The way the Community forum works is if your problem needs to be addressed by a specialty team, a moderator forwards it to that team. At that point it no longer is visible in the Community. That team should be contacting you if they need additional information from you and they also should contact you when they have resolved your problem. It's only been a day. If you haven't heard back in a week or so, you could post it again, but you should hear back. We are sorry you were not told that you will no longer see your post.

As moderators, we are supposed to send a private message before the post gets forwarded letting you know it might appear gone or closed, but it is not. Unfortunately, on occasion one of us might forget to send that private message. We are all learning this new way of giving support.

    The message posted was

    "Hi G. Scott lloyd

We have requested that the death date be added to your cousin's membership record. Once that is completed, her ordinances will show."

Also sent a private message to Brother Lloyd explaining what happened.
