How to unsubscribe from weekly campaign emails?
How do I unsubscribe from the campaign emails that are sent every Sunday? I have clicked the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every message I have received for months, and continue to receive them. I've also ensured that in my account under Settings -> Notifications -> Email Messages, it says "You are unsubscribed from all email messages". But I continue to receive the same campaign emails every week.

You may not be familiar with the Help center.
At the top of any page on FamilySearch.org, click the Help icon (the small circle with the question mark inside of it).
- A drop-down menu appears. Click the option that you think is most relevant.

- Contact Us offers a variety of ways to reach FamilySearch Support.
- Community brings you to a place where you can collaborate with others who have similar interests in the challenging but rewarding work of genealogy. You can browse or ask or answer questions. You can also find and join groups on specific subjects.
- Research Wiki allows you to search through the compiled resources of the FamilySearch Research Wiki.
- Helper Resources links you to the Planner and other resources that you can use to help others with their family history.

From reading how you have tried to unsubscribe it looks like you were doing your part to work in notifications and to unsubscribe at bottom of email. You may also try to clear your cookies and temporary files on your computer and maybe switch browsers to see it the icons will work better to save your request. IF this does not work please let us know and we will send this to a department for review. Best wishes!
