Requesting ordinances

Parents: Conrad Weltner LCJT-BWV and Dorothea Lehmann LH2Q-VGF

I previously had successfully reserved ordinances for Pearl Weltner LKBK-NZ8, but I found updated research help (actually the same sources but seem to be updated) showing his correct name to be Paul J. Weltner. After careful checking all available sources, I have now merged the two individuals. However, when I try to request the ordinances for the merged person I receive the message "not available--need more information."

Please advise me how to proceed to request the ordinances.
