Fix an error for sealing to parents
My uncle was born a year after his parents were sealed in the temple but it sill shows that sealing to parents can be requested. He should be listed as born in the covenant. His id is KWCD-NTS Edwin Hansen. His parents id KWCJ-YVS Oulf Hansen and id KWJJ-63H Axeline Schmidt. They were sealed together on 28 Feb 1917 and Edwin was born 23 Jun 1918

Your issue is being sent to another department for further review. Please look at the following article from the Help Center to see if you can make any corrections. The review will take some time and you may be contacted for further information. Be patient and an answer will be coming soon.
Born in the Covenant shows if the child is in Family Tree and BIC is on the membership record.
- If both parents are deceased, the Sealing to Parents date shows along with Born in the Covenant and the parents' names.
- If one or both parents are living, the Sealing to Parents date shows as Completed along with Born in the Covenant. However, the names of living parents do not show for privacy reasons.
Steps
If a child was born in the covenant but the status does not show in Family Tree, try these things:
- Add or correct the relationship type between parents and children.
- If the person is deceased, check for duplicate records. Merge them if you find any.
