The picture that you posted is not visible. Can you please proved more information such as the ID number and date of birth.
If you create the post, the answer will come back to you. If Melinda creates the post, she will get the direct communication. Teaching her how to post in the community would be the preferred way to address the question if possible.

We were able to locate another record for Louisa Smith which shows the Baptism and Confirmation. The ID is MJHD-B6K.
The duplicate records for Louisa can be merged.
