Graphical Header on Ancestor Treasures

I note that the Ancestor Treasures Group - is one of the very few that has a nice professsional looking graphical header - that matches the width of the center column.

It really is a nice touch. would be nice to see it on more. BUT on the other hand - what I dont like is when each group admin creates a look and feel and uses graphics for their group page that is totally different than other groups - making the community as a whole look very haphazard and random and unprofessional.
