Filters in My Ordinance List

When I use a filter to find "initiatories" to print, it also brings up everyone that also needs the B & C done before the I. Is there a way to bring up only the initiatories to print that have already had the B & C done? The old filtering system worked that way.

Also use the "perform next" filter. This filter works for everything except Sealing to Spouse ordinances.
