Can you correct temple ordinances for John Birch GZB3-YY6 and John Birch LCT7-DP7?

I need a correction for temple ordinances.

John Birch LCT7-DP7 was a combined record. He had IGI sources for two different christenings. One was in Hertfordshire, and one was in Herefordshire. One was in 1775, and the other was in 1780. They had different parents.

I created John Birch GZB3-YY6 to represent the man christened in Hertfordshire. Because his original record was from the IGI, it is likely his temple ordinances have been completed. They are likely on the record for John Birch LCT7-DP7.

Please link the accurate temple ordinances with the right men.

This did not resolve my problem. I did not want to move sources. Temple ordinances can only be moved by a few specially trained missionaries. Please forward my request to the department that was once known as Data Quality.

We are sending @LorettaEvans a private message about this concern and we will move her case to the internal department that can review ordinances to be sure correct ordinances show for both John Birch records.

I have sent Loretta a private message asking her to provide her Helper Information, however, we have not received that information yet and whomever works this case may have to ask for it again. She has separated all of the fields for the records of John Birch LCT7-DP7 and John Birch GZB3-YY6 [which she just created] so that we can use the tool that has been created to find the correct temple ordinances for records that have been incorrectly combined prior to the development of Family Tree. Please find and add the appropriate ordinances for both of these records. Thank you.

I have forwarded this concern to the specialty department that has tools to find the correct ordinances for John Birch LCT7-DP7 and John Birch GZB3-YY6, which is a new created she has just created.
