    Dear CartwrightBettyJo1,

If your sister was baptized during her lifetime, the Church would have a membership record for her. You would need to contact her ward clerk so he can report her death to the Membership Department.

If you do not know who her ward clerk would be, you can provide us with proof of her death and we can report it for you. Please reply here in Community if you would like us to escalate your question to the team that can report her death.

You can also add a source of proof of her death onto the record for her in Family Tree (L28M-TTW)

The article in the Help Center that gives instructions for this type of issue is called:

"Missing ordinance and membership information in Family Tree"

We look forward to your reply here in Community.
