permission to print sealing ordinance card
I need to print the sealing card for Lowell Adrian Jahn LN41-X8K and his wife June Irma Dahl LN41-XXN. I have permission from Lowell's son and have done all the other ordinances but when I went to print the sealing card, request permission blocked the printing. I don't understand why permission was obtained, ordinances have been done, but the sealing to spouse can't be done. Lowell is my cousin on my grandfathers side.

Thank you for posting your question in the Community. What you will need to do is fill out the request permission form since these individuals were born in the last 110 years. Here is an article on how you can request permission.

I understand that you requested and completed the Baptism, Confirmation, Initiatory and Endowment ordinances for Lowell and June, and that you have the Sealing to Parent ordinances reserved.
You would like to also print the Sealing to Spouse ordinance and wonder why you were not given the reservations when you requested before.
When you requested the ordinances you did not request the Sealing to Spouse ordinance.
When you requested the ordinances for Lowell and also for June, two pink boxes come up (you have to scroll to see the second box). You only clicked I have permission on the first box. This is the second pink box that you would have seen if you scrolled down.
When you go to the Ordinance page of Lowell or June you will only see one pink box now because the other ordinances have already been requested.
Some background information - when you complete the Request form a request is generated which specifies the ordinances you requested. So when the Team approves your request - only the ordinances you requested get approved.
So to proceed you have to go through the Request Process again. Click on the I Have Permission for the Sealing to Spouse and complete the form as you did before. Since you obtained permission previously, you should get permission for the Sealing to Spouse. [Just be aware that the Team that handles these requests is about 10 days behind].
