I am working on the Libia Census records
As I am reviewing the the census records many of them run into the next page. Right now there is no way to make sure these documents are indexed correctly or to correct them from the reviewers place unless you pull up the first page. Is there any way to make sure these second pages are really indexed on the first page? If someone can help me figure out if these second pages are really getting indexed correctly on the first page?

Do you have a Shared Batch code for that batch?
https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-share-an-indexing-batch-with-someone
- "Just above the toolbar, click Help.
- On the drop-down menu, click Share Batch.
- The Share Batch window opens, giving you two options:
- Copy the batch link, and paste it in an email to the helper or post it on the Share Batch, Etc. page on Facebook. The helper can click the link and go directly to the batch.
- Share the batch code so the helper can enter it in the web indexing tool and open the batch.
- A second way to find the batch code is by clicking Batch, then About Batch. The Batch ID is the same as the code."

No it was the last batch I marked as no extractable data. I am just wondering if someone was going through to see if these are getting caught and corrected? If as a reviewer I could access the precious batch and make sure it was done correctly I would feel better that things aren't getting missed. I'm a little bit of a worrier.

sorry Previous not precious.

The LIberia Census project does not have any instruction to consider these as records that span two images. Thus, nothing should be marked No Extractable Data, except documents that aren't census records.
Under What to Remember About This Project:
- Index each census form as a stand-alone image.
As reviewers we have never been able to look at the indexing of a previous batch and see if an image that was supposed to be indexed as a record that spanned two images was done correctly. I do think that all of the batches marked No, No Extractable Data are verified for accuracy before publication. Perhaps a moderator could verify that and post an answer.

Thanks! I hope so.

ok I'll remember that. On the general instructions it does indicate that if a record spans two document to list the second one as no extractable data. If the general instructions don't apply there should be a note added.

We fall back to the general indexing guidelines when there isn't an instruction in the Project Instructions or the Field Helps.

Thanks, I just think that if you have half a family on one page and the other half on another it gets pretty messy for those who are trying to find records for their family.

I think they will combine them. There is a lot of work that happens after the indexing and before the publishing.

Thanks that make me feel better.

@Melissa S Himes To answer the question about whether No No Extractable Data batches are reviewed to see if that designation is correct, the answer is yes they are. At least some of those are eventually put in a batch of similar records to be indexed.
