Thank you for your information about your relative

    Virginia Boles 1898 – 1898 • K8Y2-2VT

Sometimes questions need to be sent or “escalated” to a “specialty” team to address the issue.

Currently, once a post is escalated the post is no longer visible to the person who created the post.

We realize that this is not an ideal situation. Consequently, we are looking at alternative methods for handling escalated posts so that they remain visible to the Community.

Thank you for your patience as we work to correct the problem.

You can also expect to receive a private message in Community (see envelope in the top right corner) or an email from our specialty team regarding your question.

    Hello @Kim Marble

We understand that you would like the 22 November 2002 Sealing to Parent ordinance for your cousin Virginia Boles to display in Family Tree.

The reason the November 2002 sealing does not display is because the Sealing was also done 12 July 2002 in the Seattle Temple.

When there are duplicate ordinances, Family Tree will display the earlier ordinance.

    All the best.
