Missing Ordinances for Aquilla Haynes - PID #GZYL-T7V

When I noticed that this man was missing from his parents' family, I attempted to locate his completed record in FamilySearch. The system, however, could not "locate" him and asked me to create a new record for this individual. I cannot locate any "possible duplicates" in the system either, based on spelling variations, etc.

Aquilla Haynes has ALREADY received the following Temple Ordinances: BP = 9 May 1967; EN = 17 May 1967 - SLAKE; SP = 21 Mar 1968 - LANGE

Please check the (old) Temple Ordinance Index, CFI or other sources and make sure these Ordinances are not repeated unnecessarily. [I have put a "False Reserve" on his "newly created" record under my FamilySearch name of "StoryCatcher" to prevent this from happening]

    Aquilla Haynes 19 July 1702 – Deceased  • GZYL-T7V is a newly created record.

Aquila Haynes about 1697 – 2 March 1750  • K2JG-FJW this is the record with the ordinances attached and this record was removed from the family is you check in the latest changes. The attached article explains how to restore the person back into the family if that is where he belongs, if you do you will then need to merge the 2 records if they are the same person.

Your question will be forwarded to a specialty team for review and resolution. You may be contacted by that team if they need to gather more information.

Why is this being forwarded -- original poster can simply reconnect Aquila Haynes about 1697 – 2 March 1750 • K2JG-FJW to the parents if appropriate -- if the parents are incorrect then connect to correct parents. Escalation will not resolve anything
