Invalid words in name

LRVJ-PZH Annie Ellen Male husband's relative
Trying to reserve Temple Ordinances but keep getting the message "name contains one or more invalid words". Maybe surname being confused with gender?

I am just a 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I am a Member of the Church ... ]
FYI
Here is a "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch':
What words and abbreviations cause "Needs more information" to appear?
You will notice, in that "Knowledge Article", that the word of, "Male", used in a "Name", is one of those words, that causes problems/issues for "Temple" Work.
And, that is even if the word, is the ACTUAL name, of the individual/person - as, in your situation.
As such ...
In your situation ...
It is a matter of simply contacting 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel) DIRECTLY by, either, (1) Telephone; or, (2) a "Live" ('On-Line') "Chat", in the first instance; as, there is currently, NO LONGER, any provision to "Send a Message" [ Ie. a "Private" communication, away from "Public" view ... ]; and, REQUESTING that 'FamilySearch' "Support", either, lift the "Restriction" for that particular individual/person, regarding that 'Word', for "Temple" Work; or, "Move" the "Temple" Work to your (or, your Husband's) "Temple" (Reservation) List; as, they have the authority/ability to do such.
There is nothing, 'secretive'; or, complicated about it, it is just that the "System" must be 'vigilant' with regards to certain "Words" (and, "Abbreviations"), in the "Name", of an individual/person, when it comes to "Temple" Work.
I hope this helps, somewhat.
Plus ...
So as, such ...
Is, ALSO, visible and available, for the information of, OTHER Users/Patrons, who may be encountering a similar problem/issue.
Brett
ps: Most likely, what 'Norm' has already proffered/advised/conveyed.
pps: Plus, your DIRECT "Private" connection to 'FamilySearch' "Support".
