I cannot see my Temple Reservation

I cannot see my Temple Reservations. It says “No reservations found” How can I restore my reservation. On James Hugh Denman LJR5-NMK page under Temple information it shows that I have sealing to parents reserved, but I do not show that on my Temple Reservation.

    Hello Sharon,

    Sometimes just clearing your cookies and cache from the FamilySearch site will resolve problems like this. Next, clearing from your browser. You could try signing in to FamilySearch on a different browser to see if that is the issue. If you need to clear cookies etc, below are the instructions in case you are unsure how to do it.

    Delete cookies • FamilySearch

    Shortcuts for cookies and files • FamilySearch
