Sorry for the confusion on this issue. We have recently discovered that some categories in Community are restricting submitters from seeing comments on their posts. This is what the person said:
"Thank you for your concern about the ordinances not showing completed for John Stephen Gardner, ID# GZ98-6X5. We have reviewed his ordinance page and do see that his Baptism, Confirmation, Initiatory, Endowment, and Sealing to Spouse have been reserved by another person. His Sealing to Parents is still available. Was John Stephen Gardner sealed to his parents? If he was we would suggest that you reserve this ordinance to prevent someone else reserving it while we work on the the problem.
You posted his death date and death place. Please add that information on his person page. Do you have a copy of his death certificate or an obituary that you could post here?
Thank you for providing the completed ordinance information, that will be helpful in correcting the problem.
We will moved this post to another department for processing. Please be patient while waiting. This post will show closed but be assured that it is being worked."
When issues have been escalated for action by a specialist team, the post is removed from public view and ironically this includes the submitter. We are working on a way to provide better communication.

Just an update: John had a step-daughter (Anna Curtis) - a daughter of Irene from a previous marriage - that I have talked to. She said she was sealed to John and Irene, but never adopted by John. I don't know how she was sealed to them (this is per her) but never adopted. Therefore, she isn't a child of John. She is in favor of getting any and all work performed for her step-father - which in this case is sealed to his parents. My sister and I have submitted for approval the sealing of John's parents, which has been approved. It would be great to get John approved for sealing to his parents so we can unite this family unit.
