I received notification of an Initiatory ordinance completed for Edward Read LRJX-B1G as a female. This ordinance was part of a set of 6 total initiatory ordinances completed at the same time - all were done by a female. I checked in the sources for this person and proof was shown that the person was a male. Should these ordinances be redone with this person as a male?

It looks like the iniatory ordinance is reserved by someone to be completed as a male. This is all that would be required. Thank you for your concern to this matter.
