There are two blank spaces on the end of the page. Then the next entry 9 of 9 lists a person not on the page. What to do with the extra name?

After you have indexed all the names on the page, click the trash can icon and delete all blank entries.

That icon is in the upper left of your indexing page.

Check the lower right corner of the form for Section 6: Deaths in the Household. That’s most likely where that 9th name came from, and it should be indexed.
