Ordinances not showing

Hello,

My aunt, Hattie L Kunkel, ID#9HS7-CQR was baptized and confirmed either 2011 or prior according to temple ordinance records back at that time. This does not show in her ordinances at this time, nor on my printed card. I did the actual iniatory, endowment and her sealings myself. Right now it is asking for permission to do those ordinances which are already done, so please research.
