Ordinance dates missing for GW7T-XMG

My name is James Bellessa. I have been doing genealogy work on my family tree for over 50 years for my ancestors who lived in Coassolo Torinese, Torino, Piemonte, Italy.

In my family tree are individuals with the surname of Savant Levet from this town. Consequently, in 2010, I started the temple work for Bernardo Savant Levet. His current ID is GW7T-XMG. His ID was previously LCC4-N65, before a merger I initiated in 2020.

The temple ordinance dates for this individual that I have recorded in Ancestral Quest are baptism 11 Mar 2010 Spokane; confirmation 11 Mar 2010 Spokane; initiatory 19 Oct 2010 Portland; and endowment 21 Jun 2014 Alberta-Cardston. (I was unable to find the actual temple ordinance card.)

In 2017, a reliable researcher with the name of "quaresima", with whom I collaborated in the past, submitted the individual with the name of Bernardo Savant Levet and started the temple work with a baptism and a confirmation performed on 6 Jan 2017 in Bern, Switzerland. The initiatory and endowment ordinances are yet to be completed.

In 2020, I apparently merged "quaresima's" work and my work for Bernado Savant Levet, as the exact 1787 birthdate and birthplace we both independently found were identical. Somehow, perhaps because I made errors in the merger process, my original temple ordinance dates were replaced by his yet-to-be-completed temple ordinance dates.

To avoid duplication of temple ordinations, is there somehow a way to verify and to re-enter the temple ordination dates that I completed?

Thanks for investigating this request.

Here is an article which shows how to undo an incorrect merge. As the article points out, if further changes have been made subsequent to the merge, you can restore the person who was merged incorrectly.
