Reserving endowments for Martha Gilbert G3S4-8R8.
Martha's record shows her she is endowment ready and has been shared with the temple. However, even though I can click on the "reserve" button and it brings up the additional note, that "reserve" button is greyed out and not accessible. I am unable to reserve her for the Endowment. Please help me to reserve this ordinance and let me know what I need to do in order to make this happen. Thank you.

We checked the ordinances for Martha Gilbert G3S4-8R8.
Since the time that the Endowment ordinance for Martha was shared with Temple, a duplicate record for Martha has been identified.
The Possible Duplicate needs to be resolved before the Ordinance can be reserved (transferred if you like).

After the possible duplicate has been merged (or after you have indicated that it is not a duplicate), then you should be able to request the Endowment.
