With the "new" Community, my information is no longer private. I do not want to post questions to the whole community and have information about individuals exposed to all. Some questions may be appropriate for the "community", although, I don't see where we are able to communicate back and forth? However, there still should be a forum for sending questions or requests just to FamilySearch. I don't think some of your updates were thoroughly thought through, unfortunately.

    Pamela,

We understand your concern. When asking a question in community, post the issue your are having in the subject line and then elaborate somewhat in the comment. Please do not include your email or phone number. We, at FamilySearch are monitoring the concerns and comments that are posted. Should your issue require an 'expert' such as a tech, we will immediately move it so that the expert can get back with you with a private message. Should he need your email or phone number that will be in the private message which only you and he can see.

We hope this answering your concerns and questions. If not, please message again.
