I would like to do my daughter's Temple ordinances. It is more than a year since her death but I am unable to reserve her name. The program states on each ordinance "needs more information - cannot request".

We are very sorry for the loss of your daughter. How wonderful to be able to complete her temple ordinances. The ordinance status "Not Available" means that the ordinance information for the person is unavailable to view.

"Not Available" might appear for many reasons. The most common are the following:

• Privacy reasons prevent display of the ordinances.
• The person does not show a spouse or parents for sealing ordinances. (This may be your problem. Make sure you fill out the information for parents.)
• The record is about a Church member who died, and the death has not been recorded on his or her Church membership record.

After you add her parents in, refresh your page and see if ordinances are still unavailable. If they are, respond back for further review of the problem.
