Hello Sister @Beecher, Karla K.
The image you uploaded doesn't show the temple card.
Could you please upload the image again.
We can then investigate further.

It would help us if you give the PID numbers for each women. The temple card shows Ann Pennington but not her ID number. Thank you

Hi Carla,
The ID number, on the card is for the Ann Pennington, LBLG-96V, who did not live to the age of eight. She has a sister also named Ann Pennington, GS8H-XSS. Is this the mix up you are reporting?

If we understand you correctly your temple card showing Ann Pennington LBLG-96V ordinance work completed was actually supposed to be for Ann Pennington 1767 – Deceased GS8H-XSS which is her sister.
We are moving your case to a department tor resolve the issue. They will contact you if they need more information.
