Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
The ordinances for Betty are not showing in Family Tree as Membership has not been notified of her death.
We are notifying Membership of her death will get back to you.

The Church Membership Department have updated Betty's record with her death record.
They added a new record for Betty ID KW8V-H28 which showed the ordinances she completed.
Some one else has merged the two records for Betty so now, the ordinances show on record ID LFL9-2R1.
