I have looked at every conceivable record I had available to me. Family Search, Find A Grave, and other family members has searched Ancestry.

Hello @BillTrimble1
I had a fun and exciting afternoon searching literally high and low. You are absolutely right...there is very little available. I am guessing it's the time frame, as standardized records were hard to come by in the 1780's - 1880's.
Two things of interest: there is someone actively working on Allen Trimble's FamilySearch Record. The person is listed as:
If you don't know this person, I would recommend you message her and see what she knows and how she came about her info.
I noticed Allen's mother is listed as Nancy. I added her married name in the alternative name field and started searching. Again, there's not a lot out there because of the time frame, but one interesting thing I found:
Since one of Allen's sons was named George it's possible it's a family name.
I am not giving up on the search and will keep at it. Let me know about your progress.
Thank you!

Searching on Ancestry helped me find a Civil War record for Allen. While this doesn't shed light on his parents, it is good information to have because it puts him in a specific place at a specific time. https://www.ancestry.com/discoveryui-content/view/319271:1555?tid=&pid=&queryId=96c0c166e13bfd0ca8bd441e60c391e7&_phsrc=oZl187&_phstart=successSource
Searching for Nancy and George W Trimble, based on the article given in a previous post here, there is an obituary for one George W Trimble in the Quaker Friend in Philadelphia, PA for 1846. https://www.ancestry.com/imageviewer/collections/5349/images/41232_1821100519_3395-00312?treeid=&personid=&usePUB=true&_phsrc=oZl196&_phstart=successSource&pId=35745 If you look at the source information for this indexed item, it says the original data is at the Quaker Necrology Magill Library in Haverford, PA. Ancestry has many sources for Quaker meeting minutes for a George W Trimble.
Ancestry also has a War of 1812 Pension Application File for a George Trimble with wife Nancy in PA. https://www.ancestry.com/discoveryui-content/view/4179:1133?tid=&pid=&queryId=3a2596acffd1606747f0a904c886dbe8&_phsrc=oZl195&_phstart=successSource I looked on Fold3 for the War of 1812 and found the same record and and index of his enlistment.
Lastly, Ancestry has a probate/will record for a George Trimble, died in 1849 in PA. It takes you to the part of the record where it was filed, and lists two other Trimbles. However, if you view further record images, you see the actual wills. You will have to click through over 200 images to try to find the will, but it will be worth it if you find George's will and he lists all his children that might include your Allen Trimble. https://www.ancestry.com/discoveryui-content/view/2015228:8802?tid=&pid=&queryId=3a2596acffd1606747f0a904c886dbe8&_phsrc=oZl195&_phstart=successSource
