having a problem with a record that is split between pages

Hello!

I have a record that is split across two different pages. The first page holds the name and the location, but the second page holds a date that I need. The second page does not have anything besides this date. Should I mark the second page as "No extractable data" and use the date in my entry for page one, or should I index them both separately? I would appreciate help if someone has the answer! Thank you!

mark the second page as "No extractable data" and use the date in my entry for page one,

This is the best you can do.

The answer above is correct. Here's the Knowledge Article which gives details:

Please provide the batch code or URL link where this batch is located to give an accurate answer.

It would not be possible to accurately answer the question posed about a record spanning two images without seeing the project instructions. The instructions vary depending upon the project.

Without having access to the project instructions, we cannot know if the instruction provided agrees or does not agree with the basic indexing guidelines.

Problem with not getting the batch number, especially on questions like this one, because the instructions vary from project to project in regards to indexing information from more than one image.
